Who's On Top???

As we all witnessed at NLDC 2006 in Hamilton - Ontario supported shirts stating 'Ontario On Top'. Now, my question for all of you in the West and Atlantic, is which LC is going to be on top from our two regions? What has your LC got planned up it's sleeve for summer activity this year???
